There’s no cost to join the Wine Club. Simply choose your preferred delivery frequency (every 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 months) and receive curated wine boxes. You’ll earn 5% back in BellevueBucks with every order and enjoy tier-based loyalty rewards. You may cancel at any time.
No, there are no sign-up fees. However, for security purposes, your debit or credit card will be charged R1 to tokenise it. Read more about how and why Paystack tokenises your card here.
Your card will be charged immediately for your first box of wine. Thereafter, it will be debited based on your selected frequency.
You’ll receive two payment reminders—one two weeks before, and another two days before each scheduled payment.
If your debit order fails, you won’t receive your next box, and your membership benefits will be placed on hold. We’ll contact you via email to help you update your payment method or cancel your membership.
All members must provide a valid South African delivery address.
Your first box will arrive within seven working days of joining. After that, your wine box will be delivered based on your selected frequency and following a successful payment.
We’ll notify you two weeks and again two days before your wine is dispatched—this gives you time to confirm availability or update your address.

You’re welcome to place additional orders via our online shop or visit our tasting room in person.
Yes. Bellevue never stores your card details. When you join, your card is securely tokenised using a R1 authorisation charge. A unique token (not your card number) is stored and used for all future payments, a secure and widely used process for recurring online transactions.
Your 15% loyalty tier is automatically activated upon joining, earning points with every purchase, redeemable online and in our tasting room.
