What does it cost to become a Wine Club member?

There’s no cost to join the Wine Club. Simply choose your preferred delivery frequency (every 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 months) and receive curated wine boxes. You’ll earn 5% back in BellevueBucks with every order and enjoy tier-based loyalty rewards. You may cancel at any time.

Are there sign-up fees?

No, there are no sign-up fees. However, for security purposes, your debit or credit card will be charged R1 to tokenise it. Read more about how and why Paystack tokenises your card here.

How does payment work?

Your card will be charged immediately for your first box of wine. Thereafter, it will be debited based on your selected frequency.
You’ll receive two payment reminders—one two weeks before, and another two days before each scheduled payment.

If your debit order fails, you won’t receive your next box, and your membership benefits will be placed on hold. We’ll contact you via email to help you update your payment method or cancel your membership.

How does delivery work?

All members must provide a valid South African delivery address.
Your first box will arrive within seven working days of joining. After that, your wine box will be delivered based on your selected frequency and following a successful payment.
We’ll notify you two weeks and again two days before your wine is dispatched—this gives you time to confirm availability or update your address.

Can I collect my Wine Club box from Bellevue?

Yes, during the checkout process, you can select your preferred delivery method for your wine boxes. Alternatively, email us at wineclub@bellevue.co.za for help.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancel any time by logging into your Bellevue account, clicking your profile icon, and cancelling via the dashboard.
Alternatively, email wineclub@bellevue.co.za to request removal of your membership from our system. Please note: All membership benefits will end immediately upon cancellation.

How do I change my credit or debit card details?

Log into your account, click your profile icon, and update your card details on the dashboard.
A R1 charge will be applied to tokenise the new card. Alternatively, you may email us to update your details on your behalf.

How do I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address, log in to your account, click on your profile icon, and update your delivery address on the dashboard. Alternatively, email wineclub@bellevue.co.za, and we’ll update it for you.

How do I place an ‘in-between’ order?

You’re welcome to place additional orders via our online shop or visit our tasting room in person.

Are my card details safe?

Yes. Bellevue never stores your card details. When you join, your card is securely tokenised using a R1 authorisation charge. A unique token (not your card number) is stored and used for all future payments, a secure and widely used process for recurring online transactions.

How and when can I redeem my Wine Club benefits?

Your 15% loyalty tier is automatically activated upon joining, earning points with every purchase, redeemable online and in our tasting room.

  • You’ll receive a 5% birthday voucher via email at the start of your birthday month, valid for online purchases until month-end.
  • Each year, members receive two complimentary wine tastings (for themselves and a guest), invitations to our exclusive Members’ Event, early access to new vintages, Wine Club exclusives, and special pricing on select events and wines.
