How do I earn BellevueBucks?
You automatically earn Bucks every time you make a qualifying purchase while logged into your account, in-store and online. The number of Bucks earned depends on whether you’re a regular customer or a member of our Legacy Legends Club.
How many Bucks do I earn per purchase?
- Legacy Legends Club members: Earn 5 Bucks per R100 spent, and 10% off all purchases.
- All other customers: Earn 5 Bucks per R100 spent.
Bucks are calculated based on your subtotal excluding shipping and taxes.
Can I earn Bucks on sale or discounted items?
Yes, you can earn Bucks on all items, in-store and online. However, you won’t earn Bucks on shipping fees. The only time you won’t be able to earn or redeem BellevueBucks is during our annual warehouse sale.
Where can I view my current BellevueBucks balance?
Log in to your account on our website and go to the “My Account” section. Your current BellevueBucks balance will be displayed under the “Loyalty” tab.
How do I redeem my Bucks?
During checkout, you’ll see an option to apply BellevueBucks toward your order total. You can use Bucks to cover up to 100% of your order value.
Do my BellevueBucks expire?
No, your BellevueBucks will not expire.
Do I need an account to earn or redeem Bucks?
Yes. You must be logged into your account to earn or redeem BellevueBucks. Guest purchases do not qualify.
Can I transfer my BellevueBucks to someone else?
No, BellevueBucks are non-transferable and they are tied to your personal account.
Can I use BellevueBucks on all products, including wine and events?
Yes, Bucks can be redeemed for any eligible products in your cart, including wine and events , up to 100% of the order value. The only time you won’t be able to earn or redeem BellevueBucks is during our annual warehouse sale.
Can I redeem BellevueBucks at the farm?
Yes! You can redeem your BellevueBucks both online and at our tasting room. Just let our team know you’d like to use your Bucks during checkout at the tasting room or farm shop and we’ll apply them to your purchase via our POS system.
Can I Earn BellevueBucks at the farm?
Absolutely! You’ll earn BellevueBucks on qualifying purchases made at the tasting room. Our POS system automatically calculates Bucks based on your order total and assigns them to your account , no extra steps needed.
