The Bellevue Wine Club was started to reward loyal wine enthusiasts and to build on friendships formed on the estate. Our members are our ambassadors, and we’d like to reward your unwavering support in proudly representing Bellevue.
With two memberships to choose from, our Wine Club takes care of your wine needs with thoughtfully selected wines, curated for the season and all its occasions, which we deliver to your doorstep every three months.

The Bellevue Wine Club offers you two membership options! Legacy Legends Membership – twelve bottles of Estate wines every three months. Heritage Heroes Membership – six bottles of Reserve and Heritage wines every three months. The price of each curated seasonal box includes the 20% Wine Club discount.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I am already a part of the Bellevue Wine Club?
If you were registered as a Bellevue Wine Club member on our system before 15 December 2024, you will remain a Wine Club member for one year from the date you signed up. Your membership benefits will continue without requiring you to sign up for the new subscription-based Bellevue Wine Club.

What does it cost to become a Wine Club member?
There is no cost to become a Wine Club member, however by signing up, you commit to purchasing a curated seasonal wine box at an exclusive 20% Wine Club discount. These boxes are delivered every three months and will continue until you choose to cancel your membership
What is the difference between the Legacy Legends and Heritage Heroes Memberships?
With the Legacy Legends Membership, you receive twelve bottles of Estate wines every three months. With the Heritage Heroes Membership, you receive six bottles of Reserve and Heritage wines every three months.
Can I change from a Legacy Legends Membership to a Heritage Heroes Membership, or vice versa?
You can cancel your current Wine Club membership by logging into your Bellevue online account, clicking on your profile icon, and cancelling your membership on the dashboard. Then, you can sign up for the other membership on your Bellevue online account. Alternatively, you can email wineclub@bellevue.co.za for assistance.
Can I have both memberships?
Yes, you can hold both the Legacy Legends Membership and Heritage Heroes Membership simultaneously by signing up for both membership options on your Bellevue online account. Alternatively, you can email wineclub@bellevue.co.za for assistance.
Are there sign-up fees?
There are no sign-up fees to join our Wine Club. However, for security purposes, your credit/debit card will be charged R1 to tokenize it. Read more about how and why PayStack tokenizes your card here.
How does payment work?
The card you use to sign up for our Wine Club will be charged immediately for your first seasonal box of wine. Thereafter, your card will be debited every three months from the date of signing up. Before each seasonal box of wine is dispatched, you will receive two payment reminders notifying you that your card will be debited.
If your debit order fails, you will not receive the next seasonal box of wine, and your membership benefits will be placed on hold. We will notify you via email to ask if you would like to cancel your membership or update your card details.
How does delivery work?
All Wine Club members must provide a valid South African delivery address for shipments. You can expect delivery within seven working days after signing up for the Wine Club. Thereafter, your seasonal box of wine will be delivered every three months after your card has been debited. We will notify you two weeks and again two days before the transaction date to confirm that you are available or allow you to update your delivery address if needed.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your Wine Club membership at anytime by logging into your Bellevue online account, clicking on your profile icon, and cancelling your membership on the dashboard. Alternatively, email wineclub@bellevue.co.za to request membership removal from our system.
Please note that cancelling your Wine Club membership will immediately end your membership benefits.
Can I collect my Wine Club box from Bellevue instead of having it delivered?
Yes, during the checkout process, you may select your preferred delivery method for your seasonal boxes of wine. You can choose delivery or collection. You will also have the option to update your preferred delivery method when receiving your reminder email two weeks before shipment. Alternatively, email wineclub@bellevue.co.za for assistance.
How do I change my credit card details?
Update your payment details by logging into your account, clicking on your profile icon, and updating your card details on the dashboard. A R1 charge will be applied to tokenize your updated card. Alternatively, email wineclub@bellevue.co.za to update your card details for you.
How do I change my delivery details?
Change your delivery address by logging into your account, clicking on your profile icon, and updating your delivery address on the dashboard. Alternatively, email wineclub@bellevue.co.za to update your delivery address on our system.
How long does my membership last once I have joined the Bellevue Wine Club?
Membership continues indefinitely until a member indicates they no longer wish to be part of the Bellevue Wine Club.
How do I place an ‘in-between’ order?
You can place an order via our online shop or visit our tasting room.
Are my debit or credit card details safe?
Yes, Bellevue does not keep your card details. When you join, your card is tokenized by a R1 joining transaction. A unique code, called a token, is assigned to your card. This code, not your card number, will be used for future transactions. It is a secure process widely used for recurring online payments.
How and when can I redeem my Wine Club benefits?
- 20% discount on wines is automatically loaded to your Bellevue online account after sign-up and applied at checkout. This discount is redeemable at our online shop and in our tasting room.
- 25% birthday voucher – We will confirm your birthday month and load it to your Bellevue online account. You will receive an email on the 1st of your birthday month with a voucher code that expires at the end of the month. This voucher can only be redeemed on our online shop.
- Enjoy complimentary wine tastings for yourself and a guest at our tasting room, twice annually.
